Dato ‘Norman Pang, was borned in Kuala Lumpur from a humble family. He has no prominent family background or higher education, At the age of 18, he began to step into the society. He was once owed RM 300,000 from his investment failure. In order to repay the debts, he worked seven jobs to settle the debts. At that time, his first child was just borned and he was under double economic pressure. He was under immense pressure but this stimulated his potential and perseverance. He stumbled along the way and honed his perseverance all the way. Once he set a goal, he would be brave to Go straight ahead.
In 2006, Dato’ Norman Pang finally walked out from the low point of life and created NPG life insurance agency. With his outstanding leadership, the agency grew stronger and achieved remarkable results. In the past 14 years, the agency performance is more than RM300 million. Not only won the championship of Allianz Life Insurance Agency in Malaysia for 11 Consecutive years, but also won the championship in Malaysia Life Insurance Industry for 9 times, breaking numbers of records in the industry. In 2018, NPG Agency performance broke through AFYP 40 million. (Annual First Year Premium), breaking the centennial history of Malaysia life insurance industry, and successfully won the honour of “Malaysia Book of Record”.
Under the leadership of Dato’ Norman Pang, NPG reputation has been known by more and more people and even carried forward to the international stage. By virtue of its excellent vision and wisdom, we have found space for development and progress. While successfully established our personal brand, Dato Norman has also achieved 15 years of MDRT membership including 1 year of COT and qualified Life Member. In 2012, he won the Ten Outstanding Young Men Award (TOYM) . Where by, he is the only one who achieved this awards among all the Life Insurance Leaders in Malaysia.
For the past 14 years, NPG had recruited a lot of quality agents among nationwide into the Agency. Inheritance is an important mission. Therefore, Dato’ Norman Pang successfully developed his experience of MDRT into a complete system, which is called S.M.A.R.T. to build dreams through five major areas: Sales, management, administration, recruitment and training. In addition, he also published a series of life books, publishing his practical experience and practice into four books – “Norman Pang’s Power “, “Thinking and Attitude”, “Norman’s Art of Success” and “Norman’s Art of Thinking”, which helped more people succeed. His books once became the best-selling book in Taiwan.

Dato’ Norman had started 3 years ago to communicate with everyone through different social media platforms especially through Facebook Live to share his personal life and success stories. More than 200 episodes of motivation talk shows, these experiences have created Norman’s “word value”, and a strong fans group of more than 100,000 people has been established by online and offline, with great influence.
