The body and mind connection. The communication between the body and mind is something we can influence and set the stage for translation and collaboration.

Our internal state instantaneously filters into our bodies, creating a physiological state, this builds our external reality. We have a choice we can choose to bring awareness and change the way we feel inside. Which then changes our external world to become deliberate and intentional of our desired outcomes.

Trauma begins to heal when the body feels safe. We can make change by creating it through our bodies to change the way we feel inside. Choosing and creating regulation strategies through resetting our nervous system.

It is an mind/body and external/internal loop. It is a powerful process of establishing communication between the intrinsic mind body connection.

How can you listen and bring awareness to your body and mind? What internal issues are showing up in your body? How can you use your body to change the way you feel? What are you tolerating? What changes do you need, to allow you to move forward?

I, like many others, live with Chronic illness and Autoimmune disease. We have all suffered trauma, big and small. We all need to do the work, internal and external, to make positive changes, to live our best life and to become the most authentic version of ourselves.
