How often do we hear this? Judge. Predetermined judgment. Great statements. Low objectivity. Group polish even at higher levels. A successful candidate for a promotion is practically known. People are discarded for a position before entering for the interview.
By the way, there are those who simply cannot be consulted for their promotion. The adjusted behavior could be such that an additional promotion would be harmful to the organization; No doubt.
You have to do some things we need to give.
Why is the behavior of a person as they are?
Why do such ‘attitude’ have?
Are we, in charge of the promotion, confirmed with that important responsibility, in fact, we have to look at our own attitude?
Can people change? With responsibility? With experience? With age?
Can you change your own attitude? If so, what would alter it?
Let’s start when our attitudes and values are established first
And that is not long after greeting the world. Cemented are, in those early years. And once established, they almost locked themselves, and nothing more than another important event in our lives will change them. What great responsibility for parents then? Absolutely. And most of us are simply fit in what we, ours, have learned. Correct or incorrect. Cloning? Well, to some extent, but not quite. We can grow to think apart from our background.
Let’s take, for example, the person who spends much of his life by making money, gathering ‘things’: houses, cars, whatever, only to get sick later in life, say in his 50 years. Lost time better to family and friends.

Nature or nutrition? Genetics or experience? Well, the consensus is that it is a combination of both.
Are we endowed or convicted since then? No, and here are the good news. Now that we are aware of why, we have an option; Most of us anyway. If we are brave enough to look at the person in the mirror, and be completely honest with that person, we can decide to change, improve magazines, be less critical and more objective, without waiting for a life that changes our lives. Choose rise above group thinking at any level. To allow us to think that others may also have changed.
Let’s go back to the title, why does it come first?
Our attitudes and, therefore, our behavior alter all the time. A driver accelerates through a high -speed school zone. We are disgusted. We may have uniforms. We use them. Those of the armed forces or in responsible positions must behave in certain ways. In it it goes.
The new employee judges the procedures of his new employer as a substandards compared to the insurance of his previous employer, then, after a few years, they adapt, and feel biased with their current procedures.
It may seem an endless argument, but there is no doubt that our behaviors are often controlled, so our attitudes align.
Still, there is a question.
Don’t we give each other a different person? Consider why they can have the leg as they have done. It could be just frustration. Sometimes, those who seem to be negative are real ones that will rise when they have a chance. Ask them.
