A Thanksgiving was a hero at Westminster Abbey on Thursday to mark 80 years since the end of World War II in Europe.
The royal family, higher politicians and veterans attended the ceremony.
It was with a two -minute silence, while the real ones stopped around the tomb of the unknown soldier.
The great grandson of Winston Churchill was also there: he lit the candle of La Paz and led a prayer for “peace throughout the world and Europe.”
Later, the royals attended a special concert in the parade of the Horse Guards, where the king delivered a speech to the crowd.
