
A 50 -year -old has been accused of the murder of Daniel McClean.
McClean, who was 50 years old, was shot several times on February 2, 2021 while sitting at an entrance road to Cliftonville Road in North Belfast.
The victim had been previously identified as a procedure of the dissenting republican duration in 2019.
The man has also been accused of the murder attempt of a 49 -year -old man in West Belfast, while satting inside a taxi in the Bell Steel Manor area on February 23, 2025.
It also has a leg accused of a series of crimes of firearms in relation to both incidents.
The man is expected to appear the Court of Magistrates of Belfast on Thursday.
He had also arrested the leg under suspicion of Jim Donegan’s murder in 2018, but the police said they have released him unconditionally.
