Kneecap says that “they have faced a coordinated smear campaign”

The images of the KNEECAP rap group supposedly ask for the death of British parliamentarians are being evaluated by the anti -terrorism police.

A video of the West Belfast trio has emerged in November 2023, appealing to show a person from the band that says: “The only good Tory is a dead Tory. He kills his local deputy.”

The Metropolitan Police also said that another video, from November last year, is being evaluated. The images seemed to show a band member shouting “Up Hamas, Up Hezbollah” in a presentation in London.

Kneecap has said on social networks that they have “faced a coordinated black campaign.”

Both Hamas and Hezbollah are prohibited in the United Kingdom and it is a crime to express their support for them.
