What advice do you have for colleagues entering 2025?

Do not stress for having all the answers immediately. Some of the best technologies were built and improved in public, with a lot of proof and error on the way. For me, innovation is not about being perfect from the beginning, it is about being open, iterative and willing to learn as it progresses. That is especially true when it comes to allowing its users to be part of the trip: use your comments with anger!

Technology moves quickly and staying flexible is key. True victories come from experience, which are willing to fail quickly to do it well in the long term

How do you suggest that participants should stand out among the crowd?

To stand out, concentrate on the problem of the real world that is solving, not only in the technology behind it. Cool Tech is great, but for me what really attracts attention is how it makes a difference for the people who use it, and their interested parties as well. Show that you have listed users’ comments and adapted your solution based on real needs.

That shows that your idea works in the real world, not only on paper. If your idea clearly offers value or solves something significant, that is what people remember. When he trusts the impact of his solution, launching it becomes much easier, he speaks for Itelf. Evidence of the result, not only innovation, and will naturally stand out among the crowd.
