Welcome to the Statistics show of the United Kingdom Real Estate Market of 2025, its weekly television program in the United Kingdom real estate market.

This week, Bryan Mansell accompanies me as we advance in the key holders of the real estate market for the 16th week of 2025 that ends on April 27, 2025.

It must be emphasized that this was a week of Easter, so many of the metrics are slower than normal (see the graphics to see that this is a normal fact)

Listing (New market properties)

32.5K new listings this week (last week 37.5k)

YTD 6% higher than week 16 or 2024 YTD and 9% higher from YTD compared to 2017/18/19.

Price reductions (% of resi’s actions)

22.1K Price reductions this week – monthly execution rate in reductions – 1 in 7.5 or resi sales shares per month are being reduced (which represents 13.4%).

For comparison, the average of 12.1% in 2024, thought that the long -term average to 5 years is 10.6%.

Total gross sales (Early sales)

22.8k Houses from the United Kingdom sold STC this week, going down slightly as expected because either Easter weekend

YTD: The number of resi resi housing is sold 11% higher compared to 2024 (417K Sales agreed YTD 2025 vs. 377K YTD 2024) and 19% higher than the levels of 2017/18/19 YTD (351k).

Sales rate (Monthly in arrears)

The March Sale Execution rate or 16.3% of Resi’s shares sold STC (that is, 16.3% of the properties of real estate agents in the market were agreed for the sale). April statistics will be shown next week. 2024 Monthly average: 15.3%. Average 8 years in the long term: 17.9%.

Sale of autumn-hrourghs

5,377 Autumn-Thrus sale last week from the resi or 467,414 sales sales pipe agreed (sold STC).

Another method is the sale of the sale of that week as a prayer or gross sales that week. This week, that is 23.6% (last week 22.5%). Just above the average of 7 years or 24.2%, but well below the levels of more than 40%of the levels after the budget (autumn 2022).

In March, as a whole, 5.75% of sales in the pipes of the United Kingdom agents fell through. For comparison, average 2024: 5.36%. Again, the April figure for this statistic will be announced next week.

17.4K net sales this week (19K last week), compared 2025 average weekly 19.9k. (Remember your Easter)

2025 YTD is 8% higher than compared to 2024 YTD and 13% higher than YTD 2017/18/19.
