Allow agents throughout the United Kingdom to have seen a greater decrease in the new instructions of the owners, since more purchase investors to rent leave the rental market, and some cite Conns about the highest regulations and a reduced flexibility in the management of their properties.

Rics’s latest report reveals a net balance of -26% deeply in negative territory since -19%. Looking towards the future, the net balance of the short -term rental expectations of +25% suggests increases in rental prices in the next three months due in part to the imbalance of the supply offer in the rental sector.

The chief economist of Rics, Simon Rubinsohn, described the negative feedback in the survey as “problem.”

He added: “With the demand that continues to grow, little relief appears in the tenant store in terms of upward pressure on rentals. Critically, also with the increase in construction to rent to rent the sector, the rental short of affordable rental shares seems to remain.”

According to the Rics, the demand for the tenants increased in the three months to April, with a net balance of +14% of the respondents (part of the set of rental rental data adjusted seasonally). These representatives are a slightly stronger demand trend compared to the mostly flat image seen in the previous quarter (the net balance was +3% in the three months until January).

“The involuntary consequence of the tenant rights law are becoming more strict in Asperts,” said Tom Bill, head of residential research of the United Kingdom in Knight Frank. “A legislation designed to protect tenants can boost the highest rentals as some owners decide to sell.”

“Together with the hardest green regulations and the highest costs of the mortgage, it means that the tenant option is reducing,” he added.

Jeremy Leaf, North Londate Estate Agent and A Former Rics Residential Chairman, Commeable: “Over the past month or so, We have noticed considerable interest in interest to resistance to paying high rects. However, Lack of More Arealy, or on -Steam, or on -Steam, or on -Steam, in -Oom, in -room, in -room, in -room, or on -steam or in -stam or in -stam or in -stam or in -stam, or in -stam or in -stam, or in the beam, orpatularly.

“Looking towards the future, we do not expect much improvement in the shortage of stocks, particularly because the draft Law on Interest Rights is approaching the Statutes Book, so it is likely that the imbalance with the demand will be continuous.”
