Fast-growing self-employed estate agency platform acquires regional firm

Tauk (The Agency UK) today announced an additional acquisition to deepen its national footprint.

Immediately after the acquisition of the real estate agency last month, Tauk has acquired Alexander Business Island, based in Cardiff, for an unleashed sum, with the sales director Sarah Walters stirring with the combined business.

This transaction carries the count of Tauk partners to more than 200, which the company says that it promotes them to the number two platform on its own in the United Kingdom, only for Expo UK.

Andy Vass, CEO of Tauk, said: “This last acquisition drives Tauk to one of the two main auto-equipos platforms in the United Kingdom. It will soon be followed by others as part of our strategy ‘Buy to Build’.
