Ralph Sayer Bolsters senior team with double hiring

Ralph Sayer, the holders and real estate agents based in Edinburgh, has announced the appointment of two high level of personnel.

Kimberley Mackay has joined as a partner to direct a new private division of business clients, while the team has been further reinforced with the arrival of Louise McLaren as legal director.

Mackay was the race with Georgeons in Wick, Caithness and joins the legal firm of Edinburgh Gillespie Macandrew, where it was associated, which previously had a private client head in Watermans.

McLaren joins the ELMSLIES in the capital where a similar position in Garden Stirling Burnet in East Lothian, Simpson & Marwick and Ralph Hendrie Legal.

Ralph Sayer’s executive director, Ivan Ralph, commented: “Our goal is to build a new department of Kimberley as a private client partner.

“She established the department of private clients in Watermans from scratch, and effective will do it here. At this time we do willingness and powers of a lawyer for customers if they are now with Kimberley in their place as well.

“The planning for the future has become increasingly important in the current climate, and Kimberley’s experience in guiding customers will be a valuable asset for the company and will complement the existing offer we have.

“Louise is something that I know very well and is another excellent addition to the team. Gavin Swartzman will join Christie’s international real estate

Gavin Swartzman, who recently supervised one of the largest residential brokerage firms in North America and has been praised as one of the most influential leaders of the real estate industry, will join Christie’s International Real Estate Next.

The Co-Coos Thad Wong and Mike Golden made the announcement at the Annual Christie’s International Estate Conference in New York City, from May 5 to 8.

Swartzman will supervise the global expansion and strategy for the luxury real estate network, which currently has more than 100 signatures of members in more than 50 countries and territories, including center of London Prime.

In early 2025, Christie’s international real estate was under the property of Compass, a measure is expected to accelerate accelerated growth.

During the last 11 years, Swartzman was CEO of Perange Realty Partners, a Toronto Holding company that owns and operates brokerage companies in the United States and Canada. His companies include franchise affiliates of Christie’s International Real Estate, Sotheby’s International Realty and other brands.

Hartnell Taylor Cook announces senior promotions

Hartnell Taylor Cook has announced several senior promotions, with Jonathan Moore and Steven Shaw promoted to director, and Miranda Anglia to Senior Associate Director.
