United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty Hire new sales director
The United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty has appointed Josh Ratcliffe as senior sales director.
Ratcliffe, who has a decade of experience working as a real estate agent at Notting Hill, also covered Kensington, Holland Park and Bayyswater.
It is said that it has a global list of customers that includes renowned leaders in businesses, sports and entertainment.

Gleeson Homes makes strategic rental with a new group construction manager
Gleeson Homes has appointed Andrew Wilson as his new group construction manager.
Bringing two decades of experience in the paper industry, Wilson has played senior construction roles in several housing builders, including North Country Homes, Avant Homes and, more recently, Redrow, where he was the construction manager of the area of his Yorkshire region.
As the group’s construction manager, Wilson will support the construction director of the Gleeson group and regional construction teams to meet the key commercial objectives. This will include the adoption and standardization of best practices on the site for safety, quality and customer service.
Wilson will also work with other business functions, such as health and safety, customer service, learning and development, sales, commercial and technicians.
