Lister Haigh, who was recently acquired by Dacre, Son & Hartley, appointed Nick Talbot to direct his supply of residential properties in North Yorkshire and towards the northeast of England.

Harrogate’s native, Haigh, has a lot of experience in selling houses, rural properties and land throughout the region, after having spent 11 years as director in Carter Jonas. He also worked in Carter Jonas for 17 years.

Talbot said: “I have been involved in the Yorkshire real estate market all my working life and I know the local market inside and out. After being a partner and director with two main national agents of the country houses during the last 26 years in Yorkshire, this has provided me unlikely knowledge and a market experience throughout the region and I look forward to Lister Haigh’s move.”
