The breasts come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, and “normal” covers a wide range of forms A. However, sometimes the breasts do not “seem good” and do not seem to have developed as expected. This could be due to significant asymmetry, with a size cup size size between the breasts, or sometimes because its shape does not appear as a breast usually seems.

Many of these atypical forms are described as tuberosas, an unfortunate monicker who gives a monicker by the plastic surgeon who originally coined the term in describing that many of the forms were similar vegetables. In this, they grouped breast shapes that were elongated, some high and fans had nipples and areola, some had a very high and tight restricted base, and many had what they seemed to miss breast tissue in the lower half of the breast.

Therefore, the breasts that can be described as tuberous still have a relatively wide variety of shapes, but most of their surgeons and laity would agree that they do not agree with the expected form of a breast.

Developing tuberous breasts can be very distressing and insulating: realizing that their breasts are different from all their friends can have deep impacts. It will prevent patients from participating in what we would consider normal activities. We listen to our patients who have never been on summer vacation for fear that someone will see their breasts, or even part of their breasts. Some have never had a relationship, or if they have done so, their partner could never have seen their breasts. In addition, they are severely restricted in the clothes they feel they can wear.

Fortunately, our surgeons in Purity Bridge are experts in the treatment of tuber sinuses. They have a wide variety of surgical techniques at their disposal, and will adapt the chordination of the treatment plan to their needs and will have a goal of involving it in decision making at each step of the road.

Treatment strategies may imply the use of breast implants, the use of fat graft, different shapes of breast lift approaches and, sometimes, the reorganization of its internal breast tissue. What is important to collect is that this can be complex and challenging surgery, which sometimes requires more than one operation to achieve the final result. Fat graft is used as the final operation to refine and balance the final result.
