These vegan pistachio protein bars are easy to make and only require 6 ingredients. They are cheaper and better for you than bars bought in the store and can easily adjust to I like/preferences. They also know absolutely incredible!
If you are a fitness enthusiast, an employed professional or a healthier snack effort, protein bars can already be a basic element in your diet. But have you ever considered them at home?
Bars bought in the store can be expensive, processed and full of hidden sugars or artificial ingredients. Homemade protein bars, on the other hand, are customizable, profitable and surprisingly simple to do.
I have really had problems for my pregnancy to eat well and make sure to meet my macro and micro nutrient needs. Obtaining enough protein has a bone as a special challenge, so making tasty homemade snacks such as the vegan protein bars of pistachio has been a life savings. Not only are they easy to build, but they also know a dessert, so they are easy to enjoy despite my nausea.
In addition to being rich in protein, they are also full of healthy fattening butter, another thing I have fought to consume enough or.
Why I love to make vegan bars of pistachio proteins:
I like to know exactly what enters my snacks. Do not be misunderstood, I am partial with the snacks bought when I am square and I do not have time to throw homemade snacks, but I also prefer mine.
The easier the recipe, the better, especially when it comes to making snacks. I already spend enough time in the kitchen making main meals and cleaning after me. The last thing I need is to go through again to prepare snacks.
That is why I love to make snacks like these bars of vegan pistachio protein where all I need to do is throw the ingredients at a bowl, mix, cut and store. In this way, I just need to spend 30 minutes in a weekend preparing for a whole week of snacks.
I also love adding protein dust to my snacks where I can to make sure they balance, satisfy and help me reach my daily protein intake requirements.
Why do you need to try vegan bars of pistachio proteins:
Full control over ingredients – You can choose high quality healthy ingredients adapted to your taste and dietary needs. Whether you are avoiding all kinds of, cutting sugar or looking for plant options, the control is in your hands.
Better for you – Homemade will always be better for you, especially when good quality healthy ingredients are used. To make vegan pistachio protein bars, I am wearing raw pistachio butter, organic powder protein, good quality cocoa and good quality black chocolate. No hidden additives are needed, thicker or emulsifiers.
Profitable Good quality protein bars are expensive, especially if you are buying them regularly. When making your own bars at home, you can drastically reduce the cost when serving.
Customizable for your goals – Do you need an additional impulse or protein? Add more dust. Why more energy? Add some walnuts or oatmeal. Do you need the recipe to be free of public services? Use tahini or a seed butter. There are many ways in which you can adjust the recipe to your needs.
What you need to do the pistachio vegan protein bars:
Powder protein – From my experience, vegan protein powders work much better in protein bars recipes, so that is what I use. The serum protein creates a global mixture that is difficult to mix and ends up being chewable when you bite them. I am using vanilla protein powder Garden of Life. It is raw, organic and
Pistachio butter – I like to use this brand, it has the softer and more creamy texture. Of course, you can use nut butter that you like: almond, peanuts, anacardos, hazelnut, etc., everything would work well and create tasty flavor alternatives. You can also use Tahini or Sunflower Seed Butter Isad if you need a version without utility.
Cocoa powder – To add a rich taste of chocolate and pack in antioxidants!
Arce syrup – I am only using 3 tablespoons throughout the recipe to cut the bitter cocoa powder. You can use other liquid sweets such as honey, rice syrup or agave.
Milk – Once again, any milk will work. You can use a dairy milk to increase protein content or milk without dairy products if you want to keep the vegan recipe.
Black Chocolate – I like to wear black chocolate bars that have 70% cocoa solids or more, since they are full of antioxidants. You can use a milk chocolate if you prefer.
