Sydney’s marathon ticket opens tomorrow and is the last marathon to join the world marathon specialties. The original six -star medal won the change and will not make a 7 -star medal, but will wait for a 9 -star option, probably when the other two candidate races (Cape and Shanghai city) join the Foll. It seems that the current six -star medalists won anything in the finish line apart from the standard Sydney Marathon Medal, which is a bit disappointed. I would love to reconsider this and sacrifice a clip for the original six -star medal. Or an additional shirt at least (especially because they gave the age group championship corridors an additional medal this year!). There are options to buy commemorative coins and a 7 coins holder on the WMMAJORS website that will cost you $ 180!
For the finalists not six stars, when executing the Sydney marathon (or if you ran the 2024 races as part of the age group championship) you will win a star.

When is the Sydney Marathon 2025?
This year’s career is August 31, 2025. It has been presented since its original September date to adjust to the World Autumn Carrera’s Calendar of the Marathon (with Berlin in September, Chicago in October and New York in November).
Sydney’s marathon course
Begin: Miller Street North Sydney
Finish: Sydney Opera House
Cutting times: 7 hours
Starting in North Sydney, the route is directed through Sydney Harbor Bridge. Loops around Darling Harbor and in the suburb of Pyrmont. From there, the runners return to the bridge of the port and towards the Royal Botanic Gardens. The course then leads to the runners south of Kingsford (a new part of the route by 2024), before touring the Centennial Park and ending in Sydney’s opera.
How to run the Sydney Marathon 2025
Due to the popularity and the candidacy club (which gave the runners of the Sydney marathon duration, the six -star candidacy period of the race, a guaranteed entry to race 2025, 2026 or 2027, isy isy on IS. It opens on December 10, 2024 at 10 am and closes at 11.59pm on December 30.

Charity entrance
Like the other world marathon specialties, there are aviable bibs for those who wish to raise money for charity. International places of charity are limited with only five positions with bibs; Children With Cancer UK, Alzheimer’s Research UK, American Cancer Society, St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and lasts to cure the pediatric cancer society. The minimum amounts of fundraising begin in £ 1800. There are also a number or Austral Benalian organizations with aviamable places.
