Welcome to the twenty -first day the Appvent 2024 calendar, where today we will focus on Curipod.
Curipod provides several tools with which teachers can use for training evaluation. It is a general purple tool used in different themes and key stages.
Day AI tool: Curipod
The motto for Curipod is: Excite students to read and write. Clearly, the company is launching this product to English teachers. However, we know from experience that thesis tools can be used in any subject in a wide age range.
Curipod works in a similar way to Nearpod and many other gamification tools in the sense that you share a pin that students enter to participate in a live lesson.

This is a great evaluation for the learning tool that can be used to improve learning and teaching through the creation of interactive and attractive presentations.
If you have little time or if you do not have existing content, you can use Generate a lesson To use AI to build a presentation for you. Of course, you must establish the context to enter the objective of the topic/learning, the scheduled age, the language and any other information that you want to include the builder of AI.

Practical application:
To access Curipod, you can register for free through a web browser that gives you access to all the various tools for approximately one month. There is only one login for some platforms, including Google or you can enter an email address and choose a password.
Once inside Curipod, you can click My lessons Followed by Create lesson After which will be received with the following screen:
You can use any of these options to start or you can start with a new presentation. In any case, you have access to all diverse tools so that your slides are more attractive and interactive. The image below shows some of the available options when you click Add New:
Once you have finished building your slides, you can verify it with the previous view option. This allows you to verify that the presentation will be executed as planned. Then you are ready to live. You can also use a link to share your presentation with other teachers if you can access Curipod.
Considerations and tips:
As is the case with all AI tools, teachers are encouraged to verify any content generated to detect bias and precision. Teachers should also consult the data protection officer of their school to verify compliance if you plan to use this tool in an educational environment.
