The key access and experience efforts included forming 3 focused learning groups that allowed leaders to share best practices and adopt key learning to take their medical group. These groups worked to improve the patient’s experience in dating programming and connect with care equipment.
To supervise these advances in access and experience, the Executive Medical Directors (EMD) of the PMG appointed a new medical director for the experience of care and a medical director for the navigation of care, to collaborate with the interim main experience of KFHP/HS. Under their guide, PMG access and experience leaders developed national requirements on how Kaiser permanent evaluates suppliers.
A critical aspect of the needs and expectations of the patients that exceeds is to create value within the integrated permanent Kaiser system. In this context, the Federation was associated with KFHP/h to help launch programs aimed at improving the care model based on the value of permanent Kaiser. As part of this work, the Federation helped provide reviews and analysis of extensive quality data to identify the barriers to obtain better results and mitigate financial pressures so that patients can receive high quality care where and when it is necessary.
