A 36 -year -old man was accused of murder after a fatal fire in the house in Wolverhampton, police confirmed.
Dale Francis, 36, of Basford, Stoke-on-Trent, has been accused of murder, four positions of murder attempt and a fireplace caused with the intention of endangering life.
He was arrested to appear today at the Wolverhampton Magistrates Court (September 7) for a first hearing.
This follows a fire of the fatal house in Plascom Road, East Park, in the early hours of June 25.
Akashdeep Singh, 26, was urgently taken to the hospital where Hey later died, while others at home were also seriously injured.
