Rondo 4v2 to 6v4 safety pass
Configuration:
Minimum of 12 players, 8×8 possession grid placed in the middle of a 12×12 possession grid.

Instructions:
The coach begins by playing a ball in the red team in the area of possession of 4v2. The objective of the red team is to maintain the possession for the time possible, the green team must press together and gain possession. Once the possession is gained, they must find a “security pass” to one of its four green companions waiting in the largest area of possession of 12×12. The green team must try to maintain the most possible time. If the ball leaves the largest game area, the coach starts a new ball and plays in the 8×8 game area. Variation: If the red team wins the possession of the green equipment, they can return to the 4V2 smaller stage and start again without any new detention or ball. Play for a designated amount of time and be sure to change the players’ roles.
Training points:
Obviously, the ability to maintain possession is an important approach to this activity. In addition, try to focus on the transition from the defense offensive and recover the ball in several seconds if possible. Once the transition moment has occurred, make sure the “security pass” is executed correctly and make sure that the team of six maintains its shape by having at least one option in the center. From a defensive position point, make sure life press, make the game predictable for support defenders, be aggressive but under control.
