As coaches, we all strive to find the balance of structure and creativity and all players love to play round. Why not achieve both? Here there is a unique way of working in the team’s form in possession, building work relationships or small groups within their team and training, as well as painting the general image of where they should be based on the players in the position of the ball and the opponent. Establish this for an activity prior to training or enter just after warming and see how it goes.

Configuration:
Organize the white attacker team on a 4-2-3-1 (without the center forward #9) and the black defender team in a 4-4-2 (without the four behind).

Instructions:
White players must remain close to their cones of respect and maintain possession while the black team presses. The arrows and movement positions show the areas in which they are restricted to move (the two black central midfielders must remain in the area of the designated field center, while the wide midfielders can push the external whites #2 and #3. The green lines give a visual line of the appropriate distance and the spacing of the white equipment while they are built from the GK.
Training points:
Progress include changing the formation of the black defender to change the numbers within the rondo. Add several balls to increase the player’s awareness on both sides of the ball. Add two small goals for the attacker team to possess and build Tows. You can also add a tactile limitation on the back and/or in the center of the field.
