Diagram a

Instructions:

Start with the preparation of the movement, a distance of 15 yards: lateral cheap, 2 and 2 forward, knees, caraioca, open hips, the hips open backwards. Progression 1: shown with yellow players, the second player on the line slides a ball for the first player in the line to react and run towards him and drip to the rhythm of the 20 -yard cone. PROGRESS 2: Show with the Players, the coach plays a ball that starts the sprint from the first player in the row to reach the ball as quickly as possible and drive to the rhythm.

Training points:

Among the progressions include dynamic movements: 1- Straight kick, kicking, surrounding hug to hamstrings, quad stretching. 2- Side lunge to balance, reach the scope and rotate, from side to another from side to side. 3- Reverence in the cradle of the hip, in the back alternative swings of the leg, turn your head towards everything. 4- Lateral stability limits, the straight leg omits 20 yards. The appropriate sprint mechanics, the first step must be forward, hit the legs and arms towards the ball. There are no wasted movements or steps, acceleration and deceleration when manipulating the ball to the rhythm.

2.

Configuration:

4V4 inside the game area with a player of each team inside the five -yard channel with a ball at their feet. Multi-direct when the coach plays a new ball in the game area. The coach dictates the possession and tempo of the activity.

Diagram b

Instructions:

The objective of 4v4 in the middle is to maintain good possession to open the space and dribble on the final line. As shown in the diagram, player A has dripped on the final line and player B highlighted in yellow has penetrated the game area. The red team can maintain possession and drip through the other final line. If the ball leaves the limits, a coach’s new ball is played. Only when a new ball is played, the team can choose in which direction to attack, if it turns around, you must attack the other final line.

Training points:

When to drive? When to pass? Be aggressive and take the players in 1V1, if things close quickly, set foot in the ball and change the point of attack. The player waiting on the channel must anticipate where the space to attack and will enter the game area there, which makes it difficult for the four defending players to react, recover and deny penetration.

3.

Configuration:

7V7, as shown 4v4 within the game area with two attackers and one defender in each of the five yardas channels. Directional game to two small goals. The two attackers must remain in their half of the channel, but the defender can defend any of the attackers.

Diagram c

Instructions:

The players in the middle must have the ball to find one of their attackers with a penetrating pass at the feet, once the ball is received on the five -yard channel, an attacking player can join the channel, which makes it 2v1 for goal. If the ball is from the defender or leaves the limits, the coach plays a new ball behind the two goals. If the ball leaves the limits, the possession of 4v4 in the intermediate game area a new ball is played from the coach next to. Play for an amount of time designated and keep the score.

Training points:

Draw the opponent, quickly change the attack point and find the penetrating pass appropriate to the target. Create excesses, surpassing the opponent 1v1 in dribble. Execution of 2V1 on the final channel to the goal, committing numbers forward with a penetrating race by a midfielder who unites the channel.
