Kenneth Santa has had an extraordinary career, already carrying it all over the world as a specialist in talent identification. Starting his career in Denmark in clubs like Brondby, before moving to the aspirate academy in Qatar, working as a European explorer for wolves, a season in Saudi Arabia and then in India. He is now head of talent identification at Singapore. Kenneth shares his trip and lessons learned from different football cultures!
