Here is a good turn in a possession activity that encourages the water attack space, breaking lines and changing the attack point. It could adapt slightly and use as a heating activity.

Configuration:

4V4 inside the game area with a player of each team inside the five -yard channel with a ball at their feet. Multi-direct when the coach plays a new ball in the game area. The coach dictates the possession and tempo of the activity.

4V4 Penetrate: a good turn in a possession activity | Specific football

Instructions:

The objective of 4v4 in the middle is to maintain good possession to open the space and dribble on the final line. As shown in the diagram, player A has dripped on the final line and player B highlighted in yellow has penetrated the game area. The red team can maintain possession and drip through the other final line. If the ball leaves the limits, a coach’s new ball is played. Only when a new ball is played, the team can choose in which direction to attack, if it turns around, you must attack the other final line.

Training points:

When to drive? When to pass? Be aggressive and take the players in 1V1, if things close quickly, set foot in the ball and change the point of attack. The player waiting on the channel must anticipate where the space to attack and will enter the game area there, which makes it difficult for the four defending players to react, recover and deny penetration.
