According to a recent report from CEOWORLD magazine, The United Arab Emirates have distinguished themselves as the main destination for commercial expatriates in 2025. This recognition highlights the country’s favorable business environment, the vibrant economy and the strategic location that facilitates global trade. After the EAU, Singapore and Australia they assured the second and third positions, respectively, which reflects their robust infrastructures, strong economies and high quality of life that attract international professionals.

The mobility study of the international executives of 2025 revealed that Thailand achieved fourth place, showing its growing attraction for expatriates looking for new opportunities in Southeast Asia. Taiwan is closely in fifth place, indicating its continuous competitiveness to attract global talent. The Philippines occupied the sixth place, highlighted by its prosperous sector of subcontracting of commercial processes and a great English -speaking workforce, while the seventh position of Brazil emphasizes its potential as a key player in the South American market.

The list of the ten best continues with Spain in eighth position, recognized for its rich cultural heritage and a bustling economy that attracts expatriates around the world. Switzerland, taking the ninth place, is celebrated for its stability, high wages and excellent living conditions, while Japan completes the list in the tenth place, known for its innovative industries and its unique combination of tradition and modernity.

Below on the list, Finland occupied the level of wide, followed by Israel in twelfth, both recognized by its strong technological sectors and their quality of life. Portugal assured the thirteenth place, attracting the expatriates with their warm climate and their affordable life, while Estonia, in the tenth place, stands out for their advanced digital infrastructure and progressive commercial policies. The classifications are based on six main metrics. The general score (100%) is the sum of the following:

2. Income potential
3. Quality of life
4. Facility of family relocation
5. Ease of raising families
6. Ease of settling in

* An expatriate (expatriate) is a person who lives outside his native country.
* There are two types of commercial expatriates (they also know as commercial expatriates).
* Category to Expats: multinationals send employees to foreign countries to work at branches or subsidiaries.
* Category B expators: Independent expatriates for business abroad.
* The survey involved the survey of 95 countries and was held between January 12 and March 19 of this year.
* Detailed data of the survey and information collected directly from 112,000 individuals, in 6 data points.
* The general score is numerical scores awarded to a country based on commercial expatriates and comments from international industry recruiters. Total scores are 100.
* Surveys completed by 105,000 commercial expatriates and 7000 international recruiters of the industry worldwide.
* The qualifications for structures are generated as follows:
* For group 1, AAA, AA and A – for Group 2, BBB scale, BB and B – for Group 3, CCC and CC
* The margin of sampling error for the full sample of 115,000 respondents is about 1.2 percentage points. In addition to the sampling error, one must keep in mind that, as in all survey investigations, there are possible sources of error, such as coverage, no response and measurement error, the chat could affect the results.
