Now that the weather is heating, it is more important than ever to regularly apply a SPF product to protect us from the harmful UV rays. The sunscreen is important to use every day, but the duration of summer UV rays are stronger and can do more damage to the skin. This may appear on time in the form of wrinkles and dark spots.
But to be honest, we do not always apply sunscreen as much as necessary. Okay, we are human and can happen only with the most diligent skin care routines. I am located in Texas, so I am definitely a defender of the use of sunscreen throughout the year. Special in the summer months I notice that my face feels a bit red and tender after spending more than a few minutes outside without protection. Fortunately, there are some steps that we can follow to help skin repair and maintain a uniform skin tone after too much sun.
THE BEST DARK STAKENS CORRECTORS
Many people would prefer that their skin is soft and uniform without dark marks. If you have some places you would like to clarify, there are some natural methods that work very well. You don’t have to spend a lot of money to take care and right unwanted Pygmentation on your face and body. There are some methods that you can quickly prepare in your kitchen and use in the short and long term to improve the appearance of your skin.
Here are some treatments that I like to use in my skin care routine.
- A mask or package
- An essence or toner
- A cream
My favorite ingredients and recipes to do three home treatments are included at the bottom of this article.

Upper natural ingredients for dark spots
You may wonder where to start if you want to start regularly incorporating soft ingredients in your skin care routine. These are the ingredients that through my personal experience, research and reviews have the best results consistently:
Aloe Vera juice -This ultra-soutor gel contains many bright vitamins and plants-based healing components. It can be familiar with the effect it has on solar burns and minor wounds. Using this regularly by itself as a toner or in a mask or packet for the care of the DIY skin can produce a notable difference in the tone and texture of the skin.
Karité butter -This powerful butter contains a significant amount of plants -based healing components. It also works as a powerful skin moisturizer. In addition, did you know that you have antioxidants who repair the skin over time? This can help reduce the effect of too much exposure to the sun and dark spots as results. Because of this, you can consult an active ingredient, as well as a moisturizer.

Green tea – Antioxidants in green tea, called polyphenolsHelp to reverse any oxidative damage to pollution, sun and other environmental stressors.
Rice – This Stopper food can be used in skin care such as rice water, fermented rice water, rice wine and rice flour. The main ingredient in some of the main luxury skin care products is derived from fermented rice, and similar ingredients derived from rice are slowly reaching beauty products worldwide.
Mango butter -Imina, like karité butter, mango butter is a long -lasting and healing moisturizer. It also contains a large number of antioxidants, such as vitamins C and E., when the skin inflames due to environmental damage, mango butter can help calm this inflammatory and prevent production skin MelaninThe chemist of the skin that creates pigmentation.

That rounds the 5 upper ingredients. There are many other skin lighting remedies that I have seen titled over the years. Many of them are wonderful and profitable ways to support the health of their skin. But there are also some that may not be so great after all, but they are still mentioned as effective or safe. Some examples are lemons, onions or spicy radish. They can have a skin bleaching effect and stop the production of melanin over time, but they are also tough queen in the skin because they contain volatile oils and are rich in acid. They can also increase the photosensitivity of their skin, which can make more dark spots appear.
There are other ingredients that are good for the skin, but not necessarily effective for hyperpigmentation. For example, diluted apple cider vinegar is a great toner and has many skin benefits. But it does nothing to unwanted lights or stops excess pigmentation. Dairy products such as yogurt, milk or milk serum contain useful probiotics and lactic acid, a gentle exfoliant that can make the skin look brighter. Despite these benefits, they are not effective in stubborn dark spots that may need treatments that can reach the deepest layers of the skin. These dairy products are the excellent options to use as a basis for a fresh facial mask or face washing.
Importance of skin care
The best skin care advice I have received is that your skin is like a delicate porcelain vase. It is better to clean it with the ingredients of the best quality, not anything too hard that can tear the finish. If there is a place in your vase, you can use some specialized cleaner, but want to use anything that damages or rays the finish. In the same way, you do not want to damage your skin barrier, it is the first line of defense for your skin.
