More than 30,000 ray strikes were recorded reading until 06:00 on Saturday, the office says

More than 30,000 rays were recorded during the night after the thunderstorms extended in parts of England, according to the position.

The yellow weather warnings for rain and thunderstorms remain in place for Wales, West and Northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland parts on Saturday.

The vast majority of rays attacked the sea, however, torrential downpours also reach the earth, causing interruptions in Kent with floods in the Dover area.

The rain and lightning rolled around 22:00 BST on Friday after the country’s experience, their best day of the year so far with temperatures that reach 29.4 ° C in West Suffolk.

This exceeded the previous registered of 29.3c in Kew, London, on May 1.

Scotland also had its warmest day of the year so far with 25.7c recorded in Lossiemouth in Moray.

A With Office With Office spokesman said that temperatures in southeast were “comfortably 9c or 10c higher than expected average for this time of year.”

An amber warning for thunderstorms was in its place in the east and southeast from Eastbourne, Sussex, in the south to Cromer in North Norfolk from 20:00 BST of Friday until 05:00 on Saturday.

The warnings of the yellow climate remain in force more generally on Saturday until 18:00 in the southwest, the northeast and the north of England, Wales and a large part of Scotland, where the thunderstorms could be justified but more localized.

Late in Friday night, Heathrow airport apologized to passengers on the “weather conditions of the advertiser.”

The East Sussex Firefighters and Rescue Service said that a ray strike was considered the most likely cause of a fire in a residential building in St Leonards-on-Sea.

There were no reports of victims and the fire has a bone excluded.

However, it was not only southeast who saw heavy rains on Friday.

In Devon, North Wyke, near Okehampton, saw 36.4 mm or rain.

The Environment Agency issued five flood warnings during the night, all in the southwest, along with 49 flood alerts in the southwest, southwest and Midlands.

Since then, six other flood alerts have been implemented for Welsh natural resources in southern Wales.

National Rail also said that a landslide had stopped all services between Exeter St Davids and Okehampton, with climatic conditions, which means that it is not safe for engineers to reach the site.

An interruption is expected until 13:00 with rail operators that warn customers who verify updates on services on Saturday morning.

The With Office warns that some areas could see 30-50 mm of rain in a few hours, while some locations could reach up to 80 mm.

Another yellow warning is also in force in the eastern half or in Northern Ireland from 06:00 to 18:00 BST on Saturday.

The rain will spread to the north and west, becoming more showers in the afternoon, but there will still be a risk of thunderstorms, said the weather agency.

Heat and humidity have been gradually built, especially in the northern and east parts of England.

With the increase in humidity and heat, the thunderstorms will bring the end to the hot spell.

Temperatures will be lower on Saturday with maximums such as the twenties low in mid -Eastern England and high adolescents in other places.
