Los Angeles Dodgers Shohei Ohtani toleter launched a 50 -pitched bullpen session on Saturday, another step in his launch program on his return of elbow surgery. Ohtani advanced the 35 launches that he launched in his previous session of Bullpen the same day that the Dodgers activated the left -handed pitcher Clayton Kershaw.

Ohtani has not launched in a major league game since August 23, 2023. He is recovering from Right side surgery on September 19, 2023.
There is no schedule for your return to the mound. Ohtani did not throw any sliding control on the bullpen. He simulated a way out of two tickets by launching 25 pitches, resting and then ending with 25 more releases.
The Dodgers launch staff has been beaten by injuries this season. Kershaw was the year on the Kured list, while Blake Snell, Tyler Glasnow and Roki Sasaki entry companions are currently in the IL.
Kershaw made seven major league openings last year, going 2-2 with an effectiveness of 4.50 before his season ended on August 30 due to pain in his big left. His injuries prevented him from launching in the postseason when the Dodgers won their eighth world series championship.
By launching his first launch on Saturday night, Kershaw begged his 18th season with the Dodgers, drawing the franchise record also held by Zack Wheat and Bill Russell.
Kershaw entered 212-94 with an effectiveness of 2.50 in 432 appearances (429 openings) since he debuted for the Dodgers in 2008. The leader of strikeouts of all time of the club needs 30 to reach 3000 in his illustrious career.
