His movement of movement Nolan has continued to expand with the acquisition of Woodford & Co. in Oundle.
The agreement marks the launch of their move, with the owners Sean Nolan and Sam Throw are backed by the Franchise of the Estate LSL agency. This is the second purchase of the couple in the last 12 months.
This last movement adds 160 owners fully administered to its growing portfolio and marks the launch of its movement.
Woodford and Co. will continue to operate the sales side of its move. The eight members of the Woodford & Co. team will remain in place, and founder Chris Woodford remains a partner to support a transition without problems.
Woodford said: “The real estate business, and particularly the rental sector, operates within a fast volume industry, with changes in technology, procedures and legislation in a surprisingly frequent basic.
“It is likely that more onerous rules will be applied in the near future and with this in mind, and after 25 years of commerce, I have decided to sell the company to a progressive and experienced company, which can add resources, systems and support rental rent.”
Nolan and Throw issued a joint statement: “Woodford & Co.
