
The United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty has strengthened its presence in western London with its fifth office.
The real estate agency has launched a new flagship branch in Kensington Church Street, which marked the fifth launch of the company’s business in just two years, as part of a broader strategy to increase market share in the super prime real estate sector in London.
The company says that a selected team of sales and rental agents will be in charge of the new office, which will mainly serve Kensington, Notting Hill, Holland Park and Bayyswater.
The senior team will include experienced real estate agents, Mark Redfern, Nick Crayson, Maria Oliveros, Josh Ratcliffe, Alister Sherwood, Charles Hamshar, Tacita Rolls and Minnie Stainrod.
