Yankees 3B Oswaldo Cabrera exits game in ambulance following awkward home plate slide

The third base of the Yankees, Oswaldo Cabrera, was tasks out of the field in an ambulance after it was injured in the ninth entry of Monday night in Seattle.

Cabrera was injured in an uncomfortable slide when he scored on the sacrifice fly of Aaron Judge. He seemed to hurt his left when he extended his hand back for the plate.

The 26 -year -old server knocked on the ground for several minutes while team coaches attended. It was placed on a stretcher before entering the ambulance.

Cabrera is Heat .243 this season with a home run and 12 ranked races. It is in its fourth MLB season.
