Most companies have a digital presence, but is it imperative for all industries?
Absolutely yes: I cannot think of any business in any industry that does not want buyers to know anything about it or the products and services it can sacrifice. The best way to do it is with a digital presence.
If you think about the personal purchases we do, it is very likely that we have searched online, compared similar products and read reviews before making a purchase decision. It is no different for B2B buyers.
Millennials and gene generation constitute a significant portion of B2B buyers, and are to cross multiple digital channels. So, you must be there, otherwise, they will not be involved with you.
A digital presence means that it can always be present through the buyer’s trip, reach new customers and markets and provide new and easier ways to do business. You can use the data on your Analytics website and the ideas of social networks to better understand your customer base to provide more specific marketing and maintain long -term customer relationships.
The ‘digital transformation’ phrase is used as a capture term: what does it mean for you and logicalis?
For me, ‘digital transformation’ is about facilitating my life. For example, pay things with mobile banking, calling an uber or buying and loading train tickets on my phone. All these are examples of services provided by companies that have transformed their services into digital services or have started as a digital native business.
In Logicalis, our clients seek to use technology to remain competitive. That means they are reinvesting their products or services for their own customers. As an example, we are working with several organizations that, because provide improved experiences when they are on the campus or in their office buildings.
Solutions such as guidance, occupation monitoring to ensure optimal control and lighting, and perfect connectivity is transforming buildings into smart spaces. All this is supported by sensors and devices connected to an intelligent network, and the networks are one of our main solutions.
What has been the greatest success to date for logicalis when it comes to everything digital? Either for business or for your client.
I am particularly proud of the work we have in the legs with one of the largest port operators in the United Kingdom. If you can imagine the size of these shipping ports, and then imagine the challenge they have to provide connectivity to the machinery that moves the containers. Wi-Fi was not robust enough, and another solution was needed.
We tested, the duration of a concept test, that our 5G private solution could provide the robust connectivity necessary for soft and problems without problems, as well as to provide additional data capture, safety and control. All essential things for safe and efficient operations of heavy machinery, such as cranes and porch carriers that move around the site.
The logicalis team worked very closely with several partners and has now developed a proposal that we can take to the market.
Many large companies and organizations move slowly. How much does this affect digital transformation? And has any advice that can help accelerate the process?
The large companies by default are of multiple layers with a complex set of objectives that should, but not always, align. Inherently, bringing people from different departments to all agree is to take a long time and subject to commitment, especially if the ‘digital transformation’ is perceived as a threat to the work and ways in which they always think that the leg is always done.
To accelerate the process, leadership must provide the environment for success. This means prioritizing digital transformation initiatives, training teams selected to work on these initiatives and adopt agile approaches to deliver results that demonstrate regular progress to the rest of the organization.
These successes must be supported by the acceptance and the will to invest in the improvement of employees and inherited systems to give digital transformation the best opportunity for success.
Once the course is established, it is very important for the leadership team to keep their focus on the prize.
Is the use of AI like Asting ai to mark your own task?
That depends on how AI is implemented. Governance frames, confidence and human supervision data sources are needed to avoid errors or results.
What are the biggest digital problems that companies and entrepreneurs who expand are not aware?
In general, extension companies will begin using public services in the cloud, which makes a lot of sense. However, entrepreneurs must ensure that they are sufficient controls to avoid cleaning the cloud, as well as the need to build development frameworks and governance structures. This will ensure that cybersecurity and data compliance requirements are integrated into their environments.
They can also overlook the importance of the perfect experiences of customers, underestimating the complexities of aligning technology with evolving commercial processes.
Adoption well through the appropriate, adaptable, safe and scalable systems is key to avoiding thesis traps. Working with an experienced partner to advise the client about their technology adoption is always a good investment.
How does an effective IT strategy lead to business growth?
Technology has become the source of competitive advantage. Successful companies will be digital businesses, and for involvement, the commercial strategy and IT strategy must be closely aligned.
An effective IT strategy aligns technological investments with commercial objectives. Each department and commercial process, from marketing, acquisition and retention of customers to orders processing, delivery and after -sales requires profitable and friction technological solutions to provide great customer satisfaction and a great brand identity. This will finally deliver business growth.
By taking advantage of data analysis, modern automation and infrastructure, companies can accelerate decision making, increase productivity, reduce operating costs and climb effectively.
Do you think more or less regulation is needed when it comes to?
Regulation is absolutely essential. There must be protection for problems such as ethical use, equity and responsibility. Regulation is needed to address risks such as bias, privacy violations and misuse, while the transparency of promotion and trust.
Policy formulators and technology companies must work together to develop regulations that protect society while promoting innovation and responsible development.
With recent cyber incidents that involve Marks & Spencer and the cooperative, could I have helped? If so, how?
I do not know about the specific problems faced by M&S and CO-OP, but I make the developments in AI and the Agentic automation without a doubt help companies reduce time and increase precision to seek threats and provide.
The large volume of tools and security alerts makes the work of security analysts consume a lot of time and challenge. In many cases, companies have dozens of safety solutions of many different suppliers. The ability to weave data analysis and orchestrate autonomous coordinated response processes will be a fascinating use for the AI AGENT.

I am particularly excited about some of our new solutions that are really beginning to take off, such as our 5G Private Service, our XDR solution administered by Cisco and high performance computer science. I hope to see success with the thesis according to our fiscal year 26.
