LMS has launched National Property Transaction Network (NPTN), a new digital platform that connects each party interested in the property transaction process, in order to accelerate transactions.

NPTN, launched after a successful trial period in September 2024 that involves Connells Group, Peter Alan, TM Group, Muverly, and a select panel of law firms, seek to make Sharyly and authenticated authenticated data accessible to all.

The impact in pilot cases saw a 35% reduction in the time of sold subject to the contract (SSTC) to exchange, along with 17% faster from instruction to the end.

In addition, there were 43% less songs, while agents instruction rates with companies involved in the pilot increased 21%.

In the pilot’s heart there were lists ready for digital sale (DSR), which combine initial material information, reusable KYC/AML verifications and smart data. Buyers and sellers reported greater confidence, transparency and trust, with fewer surprises and faster results.

Nick Chadbourne, Chief Executive Officer at LMS, Said: “We Tested Industry Theories in A Live Environment, Overcoming Challenges and Proving That Ken Stakeholders have access to the right information at the right time, The Whole Process, Sthagier, Sthagier, Sthagier, Sthagier, Sthagier, Sthagier, Sthagier, Sthagier, Sthagier, Sthagier, Sthagier Sthagier, Stakespers, Stakellers, Stakeful, Sthagalles, Sthagalles, Sthagalles, Sthagalles, Sthagalles, Sthagalles, Sthagalles, Sthagles, Sthagalles, Sthagary, Sthagles.

LMS is now expanding NPTN in a solution of the entire market, accessible to all, regardless of its supplier or system.

LMS says that it has already begun to work with the new interested parties to adapt the network to meet the unique needs and challenges throughout the industry. NPTN is built to evolve; With each new partner, the network becomes more shocking

JEANETTE COUGHLAN, Director of Houses Transport in Connells Group, said: “This is not a closed loop network. We are proud to further support NPTN and more aboard on board the Connells farm. The pilot’s results show what is possible
