
There are only a few days left for athletes to ensure a place in the departure line of the 10,000m national championship this year. With the deadline of entry on Saturday, May 11, athletes are encouraged to register and tested against the best in the country, and some main international talents.
The championship to a race will be raised for the standards of consideration of the UKA World Championship:

- Women – 31:10
Meanwhile, races B are expected to accelerate in focus 28:45 (men) and 32:20 (women), which provide a competitive high quality opportunity for those who want PBS.
