Foxtons bring in external consultants to help clean up company’s culture

According to reports, Fotxtons has hired senior consultants to help improve working conditions in the real estate agency.

The company’s reputation has a success in recent times after a harmful number or accusations.

Last months, two former employees of the real estate agency made new statements of alleged sexual harassment and racism.

The latest accusations occurred only a few weeks after a Bloomberg investigation revealed detailed claims of groads, sexual proposals and racist language in the company, an alleged practice that Fotxtons promised to address.
