This activity will provide its players with a lot of rehearsal working to play in the center of the field and unlock #8 and #10 specifically. Promote the development of a good rhythm of the game on the back and then find the right time to play a penetrating ball in the ground at the foot of the media. Adjust the game system to fit your needs, add a third defender to be a 5V3 Rondo and, finally, reward the green team by making the team end its goal.

Unlock the 8 and 10
Configuration:
The red and green team is playing with a 4-3-3 as shown with the numbering system. Place a five -yard channel in the middle of a 40×50 game area with two mannequins.

Instructions:
The accumulation begins from the GK that plays a ball to any of its four or the central defensive midfielder #6. The Reds maintain the possession of the two yellow players by pressing the ball. The objective is to develop a comfortable game speed and find the right time to play a penetrating ball (red show) on the ground to the central midfielder #8 or a midfielder #10 attacker. Once the center of the field has been unlocked, two of the yellow of the middle channel must turn and press the ball and win the possession of green players in the attacking half. When the ball is from the defender or the ball leaves the limits, a new ball begins from the GK. Play for a designated time and then change the five defenders and perhaps the roles of your players within the game system.
Training points:
The main emphasis is to play between the two mannequins in the central midfielders #8 and #10, the secondary option is to reproduce the channels from the outer back to #7 & #11. Duration The initial rondo of 5V2 is crucial that red players scan the ball to recognize the time to use #6 to find feet #8 and #10s and recognize the time of their races. Progress include adding a third defender in the rondo and allowing the green team to finish the goal sequence.
