A creamy creamy pudding with a chocolate ganache, this healthy tahini pudin is not only delicious, but is made with better ingredients for the Tofu, Tahini and black chocolate. Each portion also sacrifices the 11 g protein without protein dust in sight! It is not bad for a delicious dessert.

Healthy Tahini Buddine

This healthy tahini pudin is inspired by my popular Tofu chocolate mousse recipe that has recently made the legs on the legs on Instagram and playing so many influencers recreation!

I just had to make a version of Tahini (with chocolate, of course) because I still think Tahini is such a underestimated ingredient. Special compared to some of its counterparts such as peanut butter. This can be a controversial shot, but for me, Tahini is a thousand times better than peanut butter. I said what I said! Can you blame me? I grew up eating almost every day, so I am obsessed with him now.

I am still surprised that years after starting the blog and my social channels that share the innumerable ways in which I have used Tahini in the recipes that I still receive comments asking what Tahini is. I am aware of the fact that it is not well known in some parts of the world, but with the increase in the popularity of the Middle East cuisine, I thought I would be receiving questions about that.

I don’t think it bores me to use Tahini in recipes, especially in desserts. I think it works very well in so many sweets and I’m not close to experiencing things!

Healthy Tahini Buddine

Why I love to do this healthy tahini pudin:

Silken Tofu is a fantastic way to enjoy a healthy and creamy dessert without much uproar. It is vegan, gluten without adaptable endlesly, which makes it perfect to experiment with different flavors. Its soft flavor means that it can easily mask it with other ingredients such as nut butts, cocoa, spices and fruits (lemon, orange, raspberry, etc.).

In addition to the most nutritious bees compared to other puddines with a good amount of protein, this healthy tahini pudin can easily adjust to tastes, preferences and dietary needs. For example, you can add additional tahini for a more intense taste, or you can exchange tahini with a utility butter such as peanuts or almond if you prefer. You can also the sweetness while you are going to adapt to your gustatory papillae.

This pudding is vegan, without gluten and without utility, so an excellent dessert option for those with common allergies/intolerances.

Why do you need to try this healthy tahini pudin:

The silk tofu not only provides the perfect basis for a creamy texture in a pudding, but is also a nutritious choice for desserts. It is rich in protein, which makes it satisfactory enough to stop its appetite without the empty calories of traditional Buddine. In addition, Tofu is a great source of iron and calcium. It is also vegan and, naturally without gluten.

If you are like me and you love the combination of chocolate and Tahini, then this healthy tahini pudin is for you! If you have never tried that combo of flavors before, you are really missing and I suggest that you run to the kitchen right now and unleash this.

In addition to the tasty bee, this Buddine is really easy to assemble. Simply mix the ingredients in a blender/food processor, pour into serve and cool vessels in the refrigerator. I also covered them with a simple chocolate tahini ganache of 2 ingredients to improve Tahini’s taste and add additional sweetness and wealth.

What you need to do this healthy tahini pudin:

Silk tofu -Silken Tofu is a softer and more delicate form or tofu with a consistency similar to the nature. Unlike firm varieties or tofu, silk tofu is easily mixed in a creamy base, creating a soft texture similar to traditional pudding. It is also a nutritional power, rich in proteins, calcium and iron, which makes it a satisfactory and healthy choice for dessert.

Tahini – Always use Tahini Lebanese. It has the best flavor and more surprising liquid consistency, which massively helps the mixing process. I use this brand.

Maple syrup – You can use other liquid sweets such as honey, agave, rice syrup, etc. You can also use granulated sweets such as pitcher. The sweetness of this healthy tahini pudin can easily adjust to its preference.

Salt – A pinch of salt helps improve and unite all flavors.

Dark chocolate – I like to wear chocolate bars with 70% cocoa solids or more, but any chocolate will work.

How to do this healthy tahini pudin:

  • First I like to drain my tofu to help the pudin be a bit firmer. Gently place the tofu on a plate with a pair of kitchen towels and place another pair of towels in the upper part.

  • Place something on the top to help tofu that is light enough to not crush it (I used a small empty glass). Let it drain for a few minutes.

  • Add the Tofu together with the Tahini, the Arce syrup and a pinch of salt to a liquefish/food processor and mix until soft.

  • Transfer to the glasses to serve and cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour to settle.

  • Make the ganache by mixing the melted chocolate and the Tahini in a small bowl, then pour over the pudies. It can serve them immediately or return to the refrigerator so that the ganache gets a little.
