Jennie Jones Estate Agents, a long -standing element on the coast of the heritage of Suffolk, has welcomed Aerran Ellis as its new owner.
Ellis brings about two decades of experience in real estate agency and property technology, including leadership roles in Zoopla, Jupix and the lettings center.
He is no stranger to Jennie Jones, Ellis originally joined the company in 2003, where she opened and administered the Saxmundham branch. Since then, his career has covered high -level positions throughout the property industry, focusing on innovation on property technology and customer service.
Ellis, former Senior Sales Manager of Zoopla, happens to Adrian Smith, who, along with Charles Latham, directed the agency for 27 years, with offices in Southwold, Aldeburgh and Saxmundham.
Smith reflected on the transition: “Finding the right person for the continuous legacy of Jennie Jones was crucial. The experience, impulse and understanding of our spirit make it the ideal successor.”
