Tell us about Woolfhodson

We are marketing engineers. We are experienced business and technology professionals who solve marketing challenges.

Unlike the traditional consultations that create marketing and commercial strategies, we give life to these strategies through a liver lens and mechanisms, asking: “How do we operate this strategy and how do we guarantee its successful execution?”

This engineering mentality separates us. Our mission is to improve sales and marketing performance throughout the customer life cycle. We build stronger connections that equate companies with new capabilities, making them more effective, efficient and scalable.

How did you think of the idea of the company?

As marketing director of a global technology company, I directed the implementation of CRM and marketing automation platforms to increase our digital and data maturity. As the first users, we believe in the promise of a perfect integration: that simply connect a new technology would transform our operations during the night during the night

It was true.

Marketing technology quickly became a central component of the role of a marketing leader. But many marketing specialists found uncomfortable “new forms.” Then, the key premise behind Woolfhodson was to allow organizations to do it themselves. When working closely with marketing equipment, we help them close the sales gap so that the teams could better explain the progression they were doing in the digital abilities and the benefits of those changes.

What is your advice for aspiring entrepreneurs?

My advice for entrepreneurs is quite simple: at some point, you must support and jump from the cliff. If you have strong views and believe that things can be done differently, there comes a time when you intensify or be in line again.

If you are at that point, jump from the cliff.

What is the sausage that can happen?

You land badly and get another job. That’s all.

What excites you more than Woolfhodson?

What excites me most is to build a culture where people really enjoy their work, feel challenged and really care about the other, our clients and the result we provide. Continue to grow our business and not lose that passion is what drives me.

And at this time, we are lucky to be in such an exciting market, of rapid volume and unpredictable. I enjoy that ambiguity; Prospero in situations where I don’t have all the answers.

I often tell the team: hug the fog. You can get to the other side without entering it first. We are creative thinkers, connecting the points and joining different perspectives to make sense. That is exciting. When they have people who care, who can simplify complexity and impact commercial results, it is promoting real change.

How has the company evolved in recent years?

The central idea has not changed. But we have much better and we have grown.

As the world and our business evolve, new tools and capacities mean that we can offer faster progress and address more complex challenges. We do not build or have technology, but by connecting the right pieces, reflective, use new technical capacities to automatic processes, we are unlocking the responses to the problems with which business leaders have dealing during the year.

This is how we are evolving.

What can we expect to see Woolfhodson in the future?

The future is more than the same, but different.

Within five years, will we seem to do it today? I doubt. Technology is evolving rapidly and that drives change.

Our work is to follow two steps ahead of our clients. If we are not, we cannot guide them.

There are difficult times ahead for companies. We do not have all the answers, but we have a proposed methodology that allows us, to work in association with our clients, to solve them. We need to stay at the forefront of technology and change the curve. And there it is exactly where I intend to be.

Then, we will continue immersing the fog; Find the potential and create a sense of order when we leave the other side!
